This holiday home is located in Perna, only ca. 100 m away from the sea and a pebble beach. The house stretches over three floors connected by external stairs. It offers pleasant accommodation for a larger family or a group of friends. During the stay, guests can enjoy the spacious sunny terrace with a swimming pool, from which there is a magnificent view on the sea and neighbouring islands, including the town of Korcula, which is directly on the other side of the Peljesac channel. The house is surrounded by Mediterranean greenery, which provides partial shade. In direct proximity there are some good restaurants offering specialties of Dalmatian cuisine and quality wines from the Peljesac area such as Dingac and Postup. Perna and the neighbouring Viganj are famous windsurfing destinations due to favourable winds ensuring fantastic conditions for this sport. In 2013 Viganj was the host of the World Windsurfing Championship. If you are new to this sport, you can take lessons in one of the windsurfing schools. Make sure to visit the town of Korcula – a jewel of the Mediterranean architecture and the birthplace of the famous explorer Marco Polo. Korcula is only ca. 10 minutes of ferry ride away.

    “Klasse! Sehr ruhige Lage mit traumhaftem Blick. Sehr gute Anordnung der Häuser/Räume. Auch für 10 Personen problemlos geeignet. Toller Pool. Sehr unaufdringliche Betreuung durch die Vermieter. Haus gehört zum ca. 300 Meter entfernten Restaurant, direkt am Meer.”
