Spacious, modern apartment with a terrace and sea view

This holiday apartment is just 400 metres from the beach. It is 1.4km from the centre of Opatija and is surrounded by nature.

The big terrace affords a view of the sea. Parking spaces are available and the site is fenced.

This apartment on the first floor provides three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200cm), the second has a French bed (160 x 200cm), and the third has two single beds (120 x 200cm). All the bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower, one of which has a Jacuzzi. The apartment is spacious and all the rooms are air-conditioned. It also has a generous living room with a seating corner and a flatscreen TV, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dining space and access to the terrace. A safe and a washing machine are also available, as well as free wireless Internet access.

Local buses stop about 100 metres away, taking you into the centre of Opatija. The bus station is 2km away, while the boat harbour is 10km away. It is about 40km to Rijeka airport.

There is a restaurant with fish specialities just 400 metres from the accommodation, and a grocery shop just 900 metres away. It is 1.4km to a market with fresh groceries and 1.5km to sports and wellness facilities, as well as a travel agency and car rental services.

    “Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Alles war genauso, wie auf den Bildern. Wir haben ein sauberes, gepflegtes und ansprechendes Appartement angetroffen. Vor allem der Kühlschrank war ein Highlight. Er hat eigenständig Eiswürfel produziert. Die waren sehr begehrt bei allen. Genauso angenehm waren die Klimaanlagen im Haus. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr nett empfangen und standen für alle Fragen zur Verfügung. Der Vermieter hat sich auch sofort im Internet wegen einem schönen Hundestrand schlau gemacht, nachdem wir nichts gefunden hatten. Auch als unser Auto für einen Tag in die Werkstatt musste, hat die Vermieterin sofort ihren eigenen PKW angeboten. Für unsere Kinder stand auch eine WII zur Verfügung, da hatten die nochmal soviel Spaß. Wir würden das Appartement jederzeit weiterempfehlen und gerne auch selber wiedermal beziehen.”
