Casa Solata is a comfortable holiday apartment situated in a small Tuscan hamlet, where only 12 people live nowadays. The setting, along one of the paths of the Valdambra, is characterized by quiet and peace and offers various marked trails for trekking and mountain bikes. The owners, very friendly and helpful people, live in an apartment with access onto the garden and to the swimming pool (for ordinary maintenance). Please note that the owners have dogs and cats that live in the property. Rustic furnishings. The property, completely fenced-in, can be accessed via 3.8km unpaved road not suitable to sports cars.
Distances: Bucine with supermarket, banks, restaurants, train station, gas station 9km, Montevarchi with outlet Space (Prada) 18km, Gaiole in Chianti (L’Eroica) 19km, Rapolano Terme (spa resort) 26km, Vagliagli with ABV offices 36km, Siena 40km, Florence 71km, Lucca 142km, Pisa 150km,Rome 230km.
At guests’ disposal: private swimming pool (5m x 9m; depth 1,20m; open 15/05-30/09), completely fenced-in garden, gazebo equipped with table and chairs. On request and to be paid on the spot: wood for the fireplace, welcome basket (food).
First floor, access through a loggia shared with the owner: living room with fireplace, SAT-TV, dining area and kitchen corner (oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher) and access onto a small panoramic terrace, bathroom with shower (skylight, washing machine), one double bedroom. Some steps lead to a reading room with double sofa bed and SAT-TV.

50% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 35th day prior to arrival
80% of the rental price if cancellation is made up to the 2nd day prior to arrival
95% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
