The holiday apartments are located in Desenzano del Garda, a well-known holiday resort at Lake Garda. The apartment building (built in 2014) benefits from an excellent location. In the neighbourhood there are many services and a shopping centre, just a short distance away. The accommodation is also near the train station, just a five-minute walk, and just a fifteen-minute walk from the historic centre of Desenzano.

The bus stop is right in front of the building. The house is easily accessible by car, as it is just 2km from the motorway exit for Desenzano del Garda. There are plenty of free parking spaces next to the apartments.

At the moment eight apartments are available, which are equipped and furnished with everything needed on holiday. They are all on the ground floor and have a terrace, where you can relax and dine on summer evenings.

Lake Garda is especially popular during the summer holidays, but of course not only then. Even in other seasons the area has a lot of offer tourists. You can visit thermal baths, leisure parks or Christmas markets. There are also plenty of possibilities for sporty and active tourists, such as hiking and other sports.

    “Wir hatten eine super Zeit in dieser Unterkunft und würden sie jederzeit auch unseren Freunden empfehlen Positiv: Die herzliche Vermieterin mit ihren vielen Tipps und die sonnige Terrasse Negativ: Es wäre toll, wenn es eine zweite Herdplatte und eine Pfanne gäbe. Der Weg in das Zentrum zieht sich ein wenig, ist aber echt machbar und entlang schöner italienischer Häuser Restaurant: San Benedetto - Super leckere Pizza zu guten Preisen Ausflüge: Bootstour nach Salo und Sirmione, Lazise etc. - Sehr schöne Orte”

    “Die Lage der Wohnung und die Umgebung ist sehr gut. 1min Gehweg ist ein Einkaufszentrum zu finden. Die Umgebung ist ruhig. Die Wohnung selbst ist groß. Einziger Minuspunkt sind die Matratzen, welche sehr sehr alt und dreckig sind. Unbedingt eigene Bettwäsche mitbringen.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles was man braucht. TV, 1 deutscher Sender ist auf jeden Fall dabei, Klimaanlage, Bad (Modern gefliest und ausgestattet), Küchenzeile mit Töpfen und Geschirr und Gläsern. Was eventuell in der Küche fehlt, ist eine Kaffeemaschine (Espressokanne vorhanden) und ggf. ein Wasserkocher, eventuell ein Korkenzieher. Ansonsten war alles da, was benötigt wird.”
