This charming one bedroom holiday home has been fully restored and now offers a comfortable and cosy base from which to explore the stunning region of Provence. The property enjoys spectacular views of the Grand Luberon, which can be enjoyed from the lovely covered terrace. It also includes an open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor and a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor.

The enchanting village of Viens is surrounded by ramparts which date back to the 12th Century and is home to a maze of narrow streets, which are lined with mansions and a magnificent castle. The village of Oppedette is situated just 6km away where you can discover a secret rocky beach and a wild landscape of rocks and gorges. The beautiful Colorado of Rustrel is just 11km away and the town of Apt is only 15km from the holiday home.

Please note, the nearest car park is 100 metres from the holiday home, however you may park at the entrance to the alleyway in order to drop off your luggage.

    “Die Fotos der Beschreibung entsprechen vollends der Realität. Das Haus bietet einen grandiosen und einmaligen Blick über den Luberon, der absoluten Entspannung vom Alltag verheißt. Es ist gepflegt und sehr sauber, die teils antike und geschmackvolle Möblierung passen zur Umgebung und zum Charakter des Gebäudes. Es gibt keine direkte Sonneneinstrahlung, was die Räume an heißen Tagen angenehm kühl hält. Die Hausverwalterin ist sehr freundlich, Schlüsselübernahme und Endabrechnung verliefen völlig reibungslos.
    Die Küchenausstattung ist leicht lückenhaft, zum Beispiel fehlten uns Dosenöffner und Korkenzieher.
    Als Nachteil haben wir die fehlende Möglichkeit empfunden, auch mal draußen zu sitzen um zu lesen oder sich nach Ausflügen auszuruhen. Das steht zwar nicht in der Ausschreibung und ist demnach auch nicht zu erwarten, mit zunehmender Aufenthaltsdauer störte es uns jedoch.”

    “Die FeWo ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles, was im Urlaub benötigt wird. Die Loggia lädt zum Verweilen ein, man hat einen traumhaften Ausblick auf das Hochplateau und ist windgeschützt (mit mobilen Glasscheiben). Die Lage ist sehr zentral für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, auch für weiter entfernte größere Städte wie Avignon, Arles oder Marseille und die Carmague. Die Kontakt-Person spricht gut englisch, ist sehr freundlich und es hat reibungslos mit der Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert.”

    “Alles is aanwezig in dit mooi ingerichte en volledig uitgeruste huis. Alleen al voor het geweldige uitzicht zou ik het huren. Grotere mensen moeten oppassen voor de balken in de slaap- en badkamer.”
