    “Ein sehr hübsches und sauberes Ferienhaus mit zweckmäßiger und komfortabler Ausstattung, das eine gemütliche Atmosphäre vermittelt. Die Küche ist mit modernen Geräten ausgestattet. Die Lage 100 m vom Sandstrand mit Boulevard und ca. 20 Gehminuten von der Altstadt (=Zentrum) von Saint-Malo ist unschlagbar. Das Haus liegt mitten in einer wunderschönen bretonischen Häuserzeile an einer Haupt-Einfallstraße in die Altstadt nach Saint-Malo. Der Verkehr ist nicht störend und Straßenlärm kaum wahrnehmbar. Ein Parkplatz ist jederzeit im Umkreis von 300 m verfügbar. Der kleine Garten hinter dem Haus bietet sonnige und schattige Plätze und genügend Raum zum Grillen und gemütlichen Sitzen. Im Umkreis von 350 m befinden sich gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie ein Supermarkt, 2 Bäckereien, Apotheke, Blumengeschäft und weitere kleine Läden. Eine Bushaltestelle mit Anbindung an das Umland befindet sich ebenfalls in der Nähe (Tickets beim Fahrer). Mehrere Restaurants laden zum leckeren Essen ein. Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Creperie Resto "Les Flots Gurmands" mit den wohl besten herzhaften Galettes der Stadt. Sie befindet sich direkt an der Hauptstraße in Richtung Altstadt ca. 600 m vom Ferienhaus entfernt. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen und ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Bummeln in der Stadt, Flanieren auf der Strandpromenade oder für ausgedehnte Ausflüge.”
