Pure nature – a comfortable holiday house in the Bavarian Forest

This holiday house of around 50m² is in a holiday village on the outskirts of Stamsried, in the Upper Bavarian Forest nature reserve. It is idyllically located, surrounded by hills and the Bavarian Forest.

The accommodation is a cosy, winter-tight wooden block house with a fireplace stove. It is suitable for up to four people. A dog is allowed. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and the other with two single beds (90 x 190cm). The bathroom is functionally equipped with a washbasin, WC and shower, as well as a hairdryer, cupboard and mirror. The living and dining room provides a flatscreen TV with satellite chanels, a CD-radio, a cupboard and a sofa suite, as well as a corner bench. There is a fireplace stove, which you can relax in front of cosily at any time of year. All the rooms also have heating. The separate kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, four-ring convection stove, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and plenty of crockery and cutlery.

You can enjoy the sunshine into the evening on the terrace with garden furniture, also with a lovely view over the holiday village. A parking space is available, so you can arrive by car.

The holiday village has a sauna, for a small fee. A washing machine and dryer can also be used for a fee. The surroundings are densely forested and there are many hiking paths, inviting you to go on extended walks. You can explore various well-known trip destinations, such as the forest educational trail to Kürnburg, the Hammerweiher pond with a beach for dogs, as well as the natural outdoor pool etc. There are grocery shops, restaurants, bars and cafés about 1km away.

    “Ausstattung ist gut - Holzmöbel, große Essecke, gemütliche Sitzgarnitur (allerdings etwas sperrig), qualitativ hochwertige Betten (die Matratzenschoner sind nicht atmungsaktiv, schade), Küche gut zum Kochen einfacher Mahlzeiten geeignet, im Badezimmer alles top
    Lage - perfekt, direkt am Wald, total ruhig und erholsam, wir haben fast jeden Tag Tischtennis gespielt, für Hunde ideal, man ist gleich auf dem Waldweg (wir hätten uns an der Terrasse die Tür gewünscht, dann hätten wir den Hund nicht anleinen müssen, es gingen doch öfter Hunde und Kinder vorbei)
    Sauberkeit - nichts zu bemängeln
    Sonstiges - man kann zum Naturbad zu Fuß gehen, toll”

    “Sehr schöne, ruhige Anlage am Ortsrand von Stamsried. Gemütliche Blockhütte, ordentlich ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Hilfsbereites Personal an der Rezeption.

    Ein Spielplatz für die Kinder innerhalb der Anlage, Autos müssen draußen bleiben (reservierte Parkplätze für jede Hütte), zum Transport von Gepäck und Lebensmitteln stehen Bollerwagen zur Verfügung.

    Wandermöglichkeiten vor der Haustür oder in fahrbarer Entfernung in Hülle und Fülle.

    Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.”

    “Wir empfanden die Ferienwohnung als sehr schön, sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Das einzige was wir vermissten war das Internet. Der Dosenöffner ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber echte Kritikpunkte sind uns nicht aufgefallen.”
