Spacious house with capacity for 11 people. Located in front of the fishing port of Roses, quiet but also centrally-located. Only at 200 meters are all kinds of shops and restaurants serving the best fresh fish and seafood from the Bay of Roses and less than 5 min driving are the sandy beaches with one of the most crystalline waters of the coast of Girona. Ideal to enjoy couple of the multiple possibilities that offers la Costa Brava.

 IMPORTANT :

CHECK-IN ONLINE : some days before your arrival, you will receive, through message, a link in order to check in online, register the occupants, pay the remaining,  sign the contract and you will receive also information about the keys collection.

When you check in online, you give an authorization to our agency in the case of misuse of the accommodation to collect the amount of the damage as a deposit. This amount is always done with a bill for the damage.

The TOURIST TAX is not included in the price and must be paid in the check in online. This tax is mandatory in Catalonia and the price is 1.10 Euros per person and per day.

PETS : Pets are accepted in our accommodations. The price for this supplement is 25.00 Euros per pet for the whole stay.

    “Le problème majeur de ce logement est le bruit incessant, de jour comme de nuit, des trois routes qui l'entourent, et de la station essence qui lui fait face et qui fonctionne 24h/24, ce qui rend la terrasse inexploitable malheureusement! La literie est à remplacer, les matelas sont inconfortables, une planche est même plaçée sous l'un d'eux. Le lave-vaisselle était inutilisable à notre arrivée car encrassé et bouché. Pas de mobilier de terrasse adapté au nombre de personnes (obligation de sortir des chaises), pas de transats. Le système électrique disjoncte plusieurs fois par nuit, épuisant! Les points positifs de ce logement sont: les volumes spacieux et la proximité des plages et du centre ville. Malheureusement c'est insuffisant au vue des inconvénients cités ci-dessus.
