This semi-detached duplex house is located in a small hamlet in Tirol Pitz Valley. The house is in a rural location and is furnished in an original Tirol style. The house has a lovely style and the atmosphere is homely. There is a private garden that is shared with the adjacent semi-detached duplex house (ATA005) on the shared plot with a small playground. Three of the bedrooms have attached bathrooms and there is a wash basin and a shower in the fourth bedroom. Pitz Valley is ideal to take extensive hikes, as there is a well-marked trail network in the region. Breakfast service is available.

    “Ruime vakantiewoning met eigen douche bij alle slaapkamers, kwam goed overeen met de foto's. Douche was van goede kwaliteit, woning was schoon en opgeruimd bij aankomst, ook geleverde handdoeken/theedoeken waren prima. In de keuken 2 koelkasten aanwezig, als ook veel keukengerei en een voorraad van afwastabletten, aluminiumfolie, pedaalemmerzakjes etc. Prettig! Diverse toeristische folders van omgeving aanwezig. Eigen speeltuintje achterom van goede kwaliteit, veel speelplezier. Goede wifi in en rondom de woning, zonder enig probleem met 5-6 devices tegelijk.
    Ontvangst door eigenaar hartelijk, gemakkelijk te bereiken en vragen/problemen werden heel snel opgelost.”
