This house, with three holiday apartments to let, is by the Gulf of Orosei in Sos Alinos.
The apartment is part of a detached house. It provides 40m² of living space for four people. The accommodation is on the ground floor and has a living room-kitchen and two bedrooms with a total of four beds, as well as a bathroom with a shower. A TV and a washing machine are provided. Three identical apartments are available to let. The description applies to all of them. There is no heating, no air conditioning and no Internet connection.
The roofed veranda is furnished with a table and chairs. A brick-built barbecue and an outdoor shower are available in the garden for all guests. There is plenty of parking space available.
The house is surrounded by a large, shared garden, ideal for all ages and for all those who would like to spend a couple of relaxed hours outdoors away from the seaside. The garden is enclosed by a fence, but dogs can still get out.
It is strictly forbidden to include relatives and friends or to exceed the maximum number of people specified at the time of booking. In the case of checking unregistered persons, the client must pay for the stay from the day of his arrival and immediate removal of the unregistered persons may be required.
There are everyday shops nearby, as well as a supermarket, a pharmacy, a newspaper shop and a restaurant.
The accommodation is 800 metres from the “Oasi di Biderrosa”. It is known for its five lovely bays in a nature reserve stretching over more than 860 hectares. The Cala Ginepro beaches are a kilometre away and the popular Sa Curcurica and Cala Liberotto beaches are two kilometres away.
