This house, which has three holiday apartments to let, is by the Gulf of Orosei in Sos Alinos.



The apartment is part of a detached house. It provides 70m² of living space for six people. The accommodation is on the upper floor and has a living and dining room with an open kitchen and large windows and a view of the garden. There are also three bedrooms with a total of six beds, and two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. The accommodation provides a TV, washing machine and dishwasher. There is heating/ air conditioning but no Internet access.



The large, roofed veranda is furnished with a table and chairs. Each apartment has a brick-built barbecue and an outdoor shower in the garden. There is plenty of parking space available. The house is surrounded by a large garden, ideal for all ages and for all those who would like to spend a couple of relaxed hours outdoors away from the seaside. The garden is enclosed by a fence, but it is still possible for dogs to get out.



It is strictly forbidden to include relatives and friends or to exceed the maximum number of people specified at the time of booking. In the case of checking unregistered persons, the client must pay for the stay from the day of his arrival and immediate removal of the unregistered persons may be required.



Nearby there are everyday shops, as well as a supermarket, a pharmacy, a newspaper shop and a restaurant. The accommodation is 800 metres from the “Oasi di Biderrosa”. It is known for its five enchanting bays in a nature reserve stretching over 860 hectares. The beaches of Cala Ginepro are a kilometre away and the famous Sa Curcurica and Cala Liberotto beaches are two kilometres away.

    “Positiv: L' area tranquilla nel verde, vicino alla strada ed a pochi minuti da ristoranti, bar e spiaggie.
    Il paese di Sos Alinos è vicinissimo assieme ad una ditta che produce dolciumi sardi.
    Belle le due collinette di granito roseo alle spalle della casa, che si coloravano con i primi raggi del sole. Restaurant: Relax - Località Sa Mattanosa -viale Cala Ginepro - Ottimo servizio che spazia dalle pizze ai piatti di pesce.
    Spazi interni ed esterni; sala biliardi con camino adornato da tronco di ginepro. Ausflüge: Cala Ginepro-Oasi Biberosa-Cala Gonone - Belle spiaggie di acque limpide e sabbia fine.”

    “Sehr geräumige Ferienwohnung mit insggesamt 3 Schlafzimmern sowie 1 Bad und 2 Duschen (davon eine Gartendusche). Außerdem verfügt diese Ferienwohnung über ein große überdachte Balkonterasse mit zwei Liegestühlen sowie der Möglichkeit, draußen zu essen. Das Haus liegt in einem großen Garten, von der Straße hört man nachts nur wenig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in ca. 1 Km.
    In der Küche ist (fast) alles vorhanden. Leider ist von den drei Teflonpfannen nur eine benutzbar. Die anderen sind in einem schlechten Zustand. Leider ist nur eine kleine sowie große Espresso-Kanne vorhanden. Man kann mit der großen Kanne leider nur zwei Tassen Kaffee (oder Espresso) zubereiten. Ist etwas wenig. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön. Müll muß getrennt werden (Abfallbehälter im Garten). Darüber hinaus haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”
